2. It is highly recommended that more employees attend food safety training. Left information regarding food safety training classes with the PIC.
3. A follow-up inspection will be conducted in approximately 10 days. The follow-up will focus on the critical items, however, if the non-critical items are corrected, it will be noted on the follow-up. If several non-criticals are still present, a second follow-up will be conducted in approximately 30 days.
