Excellent cold and hot holding temperatures. Breakfast all day has added some new challenges to operation so a time as control or new policy for the eggs is to be evaluated and developed. Clean and organized with a knowledgeable person in charge that answered food safety questions correctly.

| Complainant stated that an employee filled up the public soda island with ice. The bucket did not look at all clean on the outside. The employee carried it out, set the bucket on the floor, pounded it the floor to break up the ice. Went to fill the ice dispenser and dropped the whole thing and all into it. Manager ( Kristina Sutherly) was aware of the complaint. Ice bucket and ice dispenser have been sanitized with bleach. Procedure for filling ice dispenser has been changed to use a plastic bag.
