    Observation: Observed the tomato slicer soiled and mold build-up on the inside of the ice bin at the server line.
    Correction: Clean equipment thoroughly after each use. Empty out and clean/sanitize the inside of the ice bin.

    Correction: Have some one go through and check the dishes and rewash any soiled dishes.

    Observation: Observed build-up of food debris on the outsides/insides of refrigerators and on the gaskets. Also observed build-up of food debris/mold on the racks in the walk-in refrigerator.
    Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.

    Observation: Observed a couple leaking faucets and a sink at the bar with a leak underneath it.
    Correction: Have the leaks repaired.

    Observation: Floors under equipment, walls behind equipment, and hood filters above fryers in need of cleaning.
    Correction: Clean the facility regularly to prevent build-up of food debris and grease and to prevent possible pest issues.

    Correction: Items were either iced or pulled and put into walk-in.

    Observation: No sanitizer observed in dishmachine. Alarm was not working, no sanitizer in line.
    Correction: Do not use until sanitizer is being dispensed properly.
