    Observation: cole slaw being held on top of low boy in styrofoam containers at 57 degrees. Cole slaw in refrig unit near drive through at 55 degrees. sliced tomatoes at 51 degrees.
    Correction: All food was moved to walk in refrigeration. fix unit near drive through. Hold cole slaw at 41 degrees in walk in or other unit.

    Observation: refrigeration unit near drive through is not holding temperature. Unit temped at 45 degrees
    Correction: Turn unit back and temp to read 41 degrees or call repair man
