No violations observed! Person in charge knowledgeable about food safety and answered questions correctly regarding hot holding and employee health. Three compartment sink setup sanitizing properly. Employees were observed washing their hands when necessary.Also, all key staff are ServSafe certified. Temperature logs being kept on all units. Discussion about flies at back door, and plumbing slope at rear three compartment sink.

Manager knowledgeable on food safety risk factors and employee health. Upon entering food preparation area employee washed hands.
  • Plumbing System Maintained in Good Repair
    Observation: Plumbing connection under the 3rd compartment of the equipment wash sink is leaking. The spray nozzle on the sink has a constant leak.
    Correction: Plumbing systems and components shall be maintained in good repair.
  • Grease Trap
    Observation: A strong odor was coming from around the grease trap.
    Correction: Remove food residue from the grease trap to eliminate the odor.
