Correct the remaining item this week. Please clean the interior walls of the ice machine. Per PIC dishmachine is currently being worked on by LCPS staff.

    Observation: A worker was observed failing to lather with soap for a minimum of ten seconds when attempting to wash their hands.
    Correction: Instruct food handlers to wash their hands by 1. rinse under clean, running warm water 2. apply soap 3. rub together vigorously for at least 10 to 15 seconds 4. thoroughly rinsing under clean, running warm water and 5. immediately follow the cleaning procedures with thorough drying procedures using an approved method.
  • Critical: Toxics - Refrigerated Medicines, Storage* (corrected on site)
    Observation: Refrigerated medicine not stored in a properly identified covered, leak proof container.
    Correction: Store refrigerated medicine in a package or container and inside a covered, leakproof container for the storage of medicines.

    Observation: The pressure during the sanitizing rinse was observed at 26 psi.
    Correction: Adjust the pressure to 20+/-5 psi during the sanitizing rinse.
