Correction: Ensure employees are not wearing jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. This section does not apply to a plain ring such as a wedding band. Wristwatches and similar items should also be removed, so as not to interfere with effective handwashing.

Observation: Ice cream stored together with raw meat in a freezer.
Correction: During storage, preparation, holding, or display, keep raw foods that are not ready-to-eat separate from either cooked or raw RTE food. "Cooked or raw RTE food" includes other raw food which may be served raw or undercooked (such as fish for sushi or molluscan shellfish), or other raw RTE food such as vegetables.

Observation: Observed minor accumulations of mildew inside the ice machine (on baffle over ice).
Correction: Clean and sanitize these surfaces for food contact on a regular schedule, frequent enough to prevent mildew accumulation.
