    Observation: Observed the lack of a thermometer in the kitchen refrigerator. Observed the mercury in the infant's room thermometer (refrigerator) is broken.
    Correction: Supply a thermometer in the unit

    Observation: Observed the handsink/vanity in the kitchen is in need of cleaning.
    Correction: Clean the soiled area.

    Correction: Supply a thermometer.
