Initial routine inspection. Chlorine sanitizer and chlorine test strips are present. If facility is going to be using QUAT sanitizer, then obtain QUAT test strips. Noted raw chicken and turkey burgers in freezer-reminder to cook to 165F. Facility plans to use pre-cooked items only. Observed good use of gloves in classrooms to distribute food. Good practice.
