    Observation: Observed mold build up on the gaskets of the 3 door and 2 door refrigerators on the line.
    Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.
  • Plumbing System Maintained in Good Repair
    Observation: Observed the right faucet of the 3 compartment sink leaking and the right pipe underneath of the veggie wash sink has a leak.
    Correction: Have leaks repaired.
