Fire call follow up. Spoke to senior service tech. Fryer element is being replaced after causing electrical problems yesterday. No chicken has been cooked in unit. The unit to be thoroughly cleaned inside and out before using. Manager on duty said ice machine was closed at time of event. No chemical noted on bag in a box. Manager discarded all opened food last night. Establishment opened back up around 8:30 p.m. yesterday. If you find any food items that may have been overlooked from last night that appears to have chemical spray, do not use.
