    Observation: Observed food on the top right of the prep unit was over 41 degrees.
    Correction: Monitor temperatures of that side of the unit and keep lid closed as much as possible. (Turn down unit if necessary to keep temperature at 41 or below if lid is going to be open).

    Observation: Observed openings in the wall near the grill and coving around the kitchen missing/coming loose.
    Correction: Seal the wall up and replace/repair the coving throughout the kitchen.

    Correction: Clean floors and walls underneath and behind the equipment throughout the kitchen.
