Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.

Observation: The handwashing facility located is blocked, preventing access by employees for easy handwashing.
Correction: Access to the handwashing facility identified above is to be available during all hours of operation. Remove the cooler preventing its use.

Quaternary ammonium sanitizer tested at an acceptable concentration of 200 ppm in three compartment sink and wiping cloth bucket.
Cooler blocking hand sink was temporarily placed at this location.. Please remember to keep area around handsink clear to allow for handwashing
Facility was found to be in compliance with Virginia food regulations this date

Observation: The handwashing facility located at the kitchen is blocked, preventing access by employees for easy handwashing. Observed hand sink blocked by large cooler.
Correction: Access to the handwashing facility identified above is to be available during all hours of operation. Remove the @EQUIPMENT@ preventing its use.
