Dishwasher is now fully operational and meets minimal requirements. No violation noted during this evaluation. | 11/23/2015 | Follow-up | |
This follow-up was necessary due to the most recent Risk Factor inspection that I conducted on November 10th, 2015. That inspection revealed a problem with a malfunctioning dishwasher at Generations Crossings. However, prior to my arrival at Generations Crossings on November 10th, the maintenance tech for the dishwasher unit was already in route, and therefore, the director of Generations said that the unit would be repaired by the end of the business day. Consequently, I scheduled a follow-up for the week of November 16th to November 20th. However, today's inspection (November 16th, 2015), revealed that the dishwasher unit was still in need of repair, as the maintenance tech was not able to complete his work on November 10th, 2015.
