Discusssed observations and inspection report with the person-in-charge. Facility kitchen appeared clean, organized and in overall complianxce. Food contact surfaces clean. Refrigeration units and cold holding foods within required range. Food delivered prepackaged, precooked and made to order.
NOTE: Suggest to replaceandand repair missing floor tiles in the back storage area.
