    Observation: as I entered facility water at the handsink warm and then grew progressively cooler to < 80 degrees. Asked Manager on duty if they had problem with hot water -- water was cool and getting colder . She said not that she knew but that hot water heater had tripped a couple time in the last couple years
    Correction: she went to panel box -- -hot water heater had tripped . Reset it . Told 3 employee present who were at the cookline that one had to be raw meat only another cooked meat and bun and third the fries and dressing the burger ( wrap ) and the manager to run the register until hot water had been restored to >=100 . 111 degrees at 3:50
