    Observation: Chili cold holding at improper temperatures. Chili was taken from the refrigerator to placed in the freezer at 8 am. At 11 am food was observed at 55 F. Operator voluntarily discarded the chili.
    Correction: Cold hold potentially hazardous food at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.
