    Observation: There is no sign at the mens' restroom handwashing sink that says "employees must wash hands.
    Correction: We require that there be a sign at all handwashing sinks that says something to the effect of "employees must wash hands." The "employees must wash hands" sign needs to be put back in place.

    Observation: There was no handwashing soap at the handwashing sink in the men's restroom, at the time of the inspection.
    Correction: We require that there be handwashing soap at all handwashing sinks, at all times. A pump bottle of handwashing soap, or a bar of soap, is acceptable. We need to do everything possible to encourage frequent, and whenever necessary handwashing.

    Observation: The two fluorescent ceiling bulbs, over the grill area, and the two fluorescent ceiling bulbs, in the dry goods storage room, are missing the required protective shielding.
    Correction: We require that all lighting, in kitchen and food storage areas, be shielded. The plastic covers for these ceiling lights need to be put back in place.
