According to the second technician it appears that there is plumbing connection elsewhere in the building that is causing cold water to mix with the hot. Wednesday morning troubleshooting will continue. Contact EHS when corrected. Continue to use the three vat sink for sanitizing. Dishmachine internal rinse non-consecutive runs 158.8 ° F, 162.1 ° F, 162.8 ° F, 158.9 ° F. Water line into 40 ° F booster heater 125 ° F -> should be 140 ° F. Note: EHS received a phone call from the second technician on Wednesday afternoon indicating that the primary boiler was not working and a part has been ordered.
