Staff was very proactive with correcting any violations. Staff member was observed correctly washing her hands on several occasions, approximately 10 times in a very short period of time. Staff did a very good job with proper hand hygiene.

    Observation: Food pans were found stacked while wet after cleaning and chemical sanitization.
    Correction: Items must be allowed to drain and air-dry before being stacked or stored to allow evaporation of chemical sanitizer and moisture that may encourage microbial growth.
