This visit was made to conduct a routine food safety evaluation. Note: All meals are catered in to food establishment except snacks. Discussed with manager the requirement of having employees wash their hands prior to putting on gloves when portioning out snacks such as crackers. Note: Manager on site has a limited certification from ORS Interactive. A standard certified Food Protection Manager is now required with the new local Food Code.
