Establishment using bleach as sanitizer with test strips provided. Service route mainly One Loudoun area Monday through Friday 10:00am to 1:30pm. Discussed food preparation process and safe cooking temperatures. All food prepared fresh daily and all unused food discarded at days end. Approved for food service.
