Observed the following to be corrected prior to follow up inspection: Exposed outer openings - Caulk areas, Holes and crevices throughout truck and some equipment in need of caulk, Faucets at 3 basin sink and hand sink in need of caulk, Exposed wood beneath clean water tank, cash register and behind hand sink needs to be sealed, Discard any unused equipment, Discard or repair any broken equipment, Splash guard needed at right side of hand sink, Refrigerator needs to maintain safe food temperatures of 41'F or below, Equipment and areas behind and around equipment in need of detail cleaning, Provide copy of food managers certifications. Establishment using bleach as sanitizer with test strips provided. Service route mainly One Loudoun area Monday through Friday 10:00am to 1:30pm. Discussed food preparation process and safe cooking temperatures. All food prepared fresh daily and all unused food discarded at days end. Approved for food service.
