Thermometers in Westinghouse refr./freezer now OK. Good hand washing observed. Don't forget to use sanitizer in wet wiping cloth container, this is extremely important.

    Observation: Wiping cloths improperly stored between use. Wet wiping cloths stored in container with detergent only no sanitizer.
    Correction: Ensure wet wiping cloths are stored in a chemical sanitizer at the proper concentration between use.

    Observation: The two thermometers in the Westinghouse refrigerator are not working.
    Correction: Provide a working thermometer in this refrigeration unit so that the temperature can be properly monitored.
