| Deb Wells is working to set up a training session for all staff. Training covers employee health, hygiene, temperatures(cooking, cooling, reheating, hot holding, and cold holding), cleaning/sanitizing, and prevention of cross contamination. Operation is Friday nights with a menu of hamburgers, hot dogs, and fries. They have occasional dinners, though none planed for December. Chili is made in house. Some times it is made the day of service, but it is made ahead of time as well. Cooling process and reheating is critical when this is done.
