Observation: Observed 3 containers of milk past the expiration dates stored in the RIC. Dates on milk were 7/18, 7/27 and 7/31/2015. PIC discarded voluntarily.
Correction: Discard the food at this time and ensure all previously frozen prepared or commercially processed RTE foods are served, sold or discarded by the most recent ""consume by"" date marked on the food container. Some harmful bacteria continue to grow even at refrigeration temperatures so limiting the amount of time in storage limits the amount of growth allowed for these bacteria.

- Handwashing - Using a Handwashing Lavatory (corrected on site)
Observation: The handwashing facility located at the cooking area is blocked, preventing access by employees for easy handwashing. Also there is no water flow from the faucet at the handwashing lavatory. PIC stated he would call a plumber and items blocking the hand sink were removed.
Correction: Access to the handwashing facility identified above is to be available during all hours of operation. Remove the items preventing its use and make sure there is available water.

Observation: No disposable towels were provided at the hand washing lavatory in the employee restroom.
Correction: Hand drying devices such as individual disposable paper towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or heated air hand drying device must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing and avoid employees to drying their hands on their clothing or other unclean materials

Observation: The ambient (air/water) temperature measuring device (degrees F) located in the under counter RIC is not accurate.
Correction: Provide a temperature measuring device that is accurate within +/- 3 degrees Fahrenheit in the intended range of use.

Observation: The temperature measuring device in the RIC was not properly located in the warmest part of the unit.
Correction: Relocate the temperature measuring device to the warmest part of the refrigeration unit to properly represent the ambient air temperature.
