Observation: No paper towels at bar hand washing sink.
Correction: Install a towel dispenser at the bar handwashing sink.

Observation: Less than 50 foot candles of light at the cooking line. Measured 15-20 foot-candles.
Correction: Provide at least 50 foot candles of light at the cooking line. Recommend 100 watt frosted bulbs or the fluorescent lamp equivalent.

Observation: Containers of soap not properly stored to prevent the contamination of food, items, or clean equipment.
Correction: Store cleaning products separately from food items and clean equipment.
