The purpose of this visit was investigate an allegation of foodborne illness. A comprehensive evaluation was conducted. Findings and observations : Between 2100 and 2200 meals were served at lunch time during the period 4 -19 November, 2015. No one else reported sickness. No employees were sick during this time. There were no violations reported during the last inspection. All temperatures for food were within normal limits. The sanitization process was satisfactory. Cooling temperatures were adequate. Dating and distribution of PHF's was satisfactory. There were at least two certified food handlers working that day ( Maria & Andy). The overall operation was satisfactory. The complainant was notified of the above.
