| Notes: 1. Discussed employee health. FDA form 1-B is on file for the two food handlers. Only the two food handlers serve in the classrooms. Second servings are served by the foodhandler (only) with a new plate given each time. 2. Make sure staff know what percentage of bleach (sodium hypochlorite) is being used. A more concentrated formula was present today and the sanitizer in the sanitizer compartment of the 3-vat sink was way too strong. This means that all other bleach solutions used in the facility are also too strong. Staff MUST use the chlorine test kit to prevent problems! 3. Provided flyer for 5/2016 ServSafe since the certified employee's certification expired in September 2015. 4. No leftovers are saved. All pre-cooked foods used. 5. Lunch is served at 11 am and so all food had already been sent out when the inspector arrived.
