Discussed the following with the operator: employee health, cooling, corrective actions to violations. Note-Wipe walls to eliminate traces of splatter. PHD will follow-up with operator about milkshake cleaning. Food handler's cards due in 90 days.

Observation: The cutting boards are heavily scratched and scored. The food contact surface is no longer easily cleaned and sanitized due to condition.
Correction: Resurface or discard and replace the cutting boards to provide a food contact surface that is smooth, easily cleaned and sanitized.

Observation: Food containers were found stacked while wet after cleaning and chemical sanitization.
Correction: Items must be allowed to drain and air-dry before being stacked or stored to allow evaporation of chemical sanitizer and moisture that may encourage microbial growth.

Complaint Investigation: foreign objects in milk shake machine. Milkshake in milkshake machine does not appear to have foreign objects in it. Security cameras do not capture the preparation of the food/drinks at the drive thru therefore, the actions of the employees are not monitored. Unable to determine if an employee placed a foreign object in the milkshake at the time of complaint. Advised management about preventing contamination.
