    Correction: Have the license holder require employees or applicants report to the person in charge if they meet one or more of the following high-risk conditions: Is suspected of causing, or being exposed to, a confirmed disease outbreak caused by S. Typhi, Shigella, Escherichia coli O157:H7, Hepatitis A virus or norovirus. Reviewed five foodborne illness, symptoms and restrictions with the employee.
  • Critical: Equipment and Utensils - Before Use After Cleaning* (corrected on site)
    Observation: The food-contact surfaces were not observed sanitized in that high temperature dishwasher not reaching required temperature of 180 degrees F for sanitizing.
    Correction: After cleaning and rinsing of the food-contact surface, the surface shall be effectively sanitized before coming in contact with food and before use. Operator voluntarily used 3 compartment sink for wash, rinse and sanitize. High temperature dishwasher must be repaired to sanitize at 180 degrees F.

    Observation: One can of Raid (pesticide for killing roaches) found stored in cabinet in kitchen in the establishment.
    Correction: Operator voluntarily discarded said container.

    Correction: Ensure all employees wear hair restraints such as hats, hair coverings or nets, beard restraints, and clothing that covers body hair, that are designed and worn to effectively keep their hair from contacting exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles. This section does not apply to food employees such as counter staff who only serve beverages and wrapped or packaged foods, hostesses, and wait staff if they present a minimal risk of contaminating exposed food

Facility temporarily catering food from SchoolHouse Grill (for approx. 1 more week before preparing foods on-site). Foods observed NOT received at proper temperatures. Record keeping (of time/temperatures) to be verified at SchoolHouse Grill. (post inspection note: SchoolHouse Grill DID NOT monitor time/temperature of foods they delivered this day as noted on their inspection).
