This visit was made to conduct a routine food safety evaluation.
No noted issues. Establishment is very clean, and person in charge is very knowledgeable.

  • Food Protection from Contamination / Package, Cover, Wrap
    Observation: Unwrapped or uncovered food in the following location where the food is subject to contamination: The cones are not covered. Provide cover for cones in 10 days.
    Correction: Foods shall remain covered at all times.
  • Sanitizer Test Kit Required
    Observation: There is no test kit located in the facility for monitoring the concentration of the chemical sanitizing solutions.
    Correction: A BLEACH test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in ppm (mg/L) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided.
  • Equip/Utensil/Linen/Single-Service/Storage Restriction
    Observation: Clean equipment/utensils were found stored at the rest-rrom
    Correction: Cleaned and sanitized equipment, utensils, laundered linens, and single-service items may not be stored in: 1) locker rooms, 2) toilet rooms, 3) garbage rooms, 4) mechanical rooms, 5) under sewer lines that are not shielded to intercept potential drips, 6) under leaking water lines including leaking automatic fire sprinkler heads or under lines on which water has condensed, 7) under open stairwells, or 8) under other sources of contamination.
  • Toilet Rooms, Enclosed / Self-Closing Door
    Observation: Toilet room doors are not provided with a self-closing door. Correct in 10 days.
    Correction: Provide a self-closing hinge or closing mechanism for the toilet room door.
  • Outer Openings, Protected
    Observation: An exterior door is not self-closing and tight-fitting. This may allow the entry of insects or rodents. Provide self closing front door immediately. Keep front door closed..
    Correction: All exterior doors must be sold and tight-fitting, and must be self-closing. Exterior doors used only as emergency exits do not need to be self-closing.
  • Critical: Storage of Toxics, Not Above Food, Linens, Equip., Single-Svc. (corrected on site)
    Observation: Observed that poisonous and toxic materials are not properly stored to prevent the contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens or single service items. Toxic chemical is improperly stored with single service containers. Toxic items were relocated.
    Correction: All poisonous and toxic materials shall be stored below food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single service items to prevent contamination.

1.Provide 36 inches space in front of the hand sink and entrance to the front counter.
2. Seals all the gap such as:behind the mop sink, 3 compartment sink, and stairways.
3. Provide 50 ft. candle light intensities at the front counter.
4. Install the ff: Hand soap, paper towels, and signages.
5. Provide covered trash can in the shared rest room.
6. Seals the front of the equipment's to the floor.
7. Provide a door sweeper at the front .
8. Provide a Certified food manager card.
