    Correction: Cold hold potentially hazardous food at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria or begin time control. (Discard after 4 hours if starting at room temperature. Discard after 6 hours if starting at 41°F or below and if the product reaches 70°F). Operator has chosen to use time control.

    Observation: Observed ant in and around the lines of the soda machine at the drive-thru window.
    Correction: Cease the use of this machine. Have pest control and or the soda company to service the machine. Do not use the machine until an inspection reveals the problem is resolved. (The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by using methods such as trapping devices or other methods as required.)
