  • Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment
    Observation: The window above the three compartment has cardboard over a damaged window pane.
    Correction: Repair the damaged glass pane by using a tight-fitting, smooth, easily washable lmaterial. (Gass , plexiglass, plastic wall panelboard, or a wood sealed with a washable paint were discussed as possible repairs. Operator may also call Environmental Health Specialist if he finds any other materials that he wants reviewed.)
  • Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment
    Observation: The white metal shelves below the microwave were observed to be scratched and scuffed, in a state of disrepair and damage,.
    Correction: Repaint the scratch shelves to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. If unable to repair, replace it with shelves made of a material (smooth, easily cleanable) that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.
