The menu today consisted of pizza, salad, and fruit. The pizza is cooked and served (no hot holding). No eggs are served at this facility and all meat products are purchased fully cooked. Observed the overall facility clean and well maintained. A follow-up inspection will be conducted on Nov. 25, 2014 to ensure that the reach-in cooler is holding foods at or below 41°F.
