Refrigerators that have for use in establishment are old and owner has trouble getting bulbs that work in the units and since adequate light received from ceiling lights and units are kept clean, will not mark inadequate lighting in the existing refrigerators. Chlorine sanitizer in wiping cloth bucket and dishwasher = 100 ppm - both OK.
