KDA_3_30412B - --In two ice bins at the bar, scoops are stored with the handles in the ice. KDA_4_20211A2 - --A blue plastic ice scoop is cracked and broken. Pieces of plastic can end up in foods and this makes it where it cannot be cleaned properly (discarded). KDA_4_60111A - --A manufacturer's sticker is on the outside of the small blue plastic ice bucket (removed to 3-vat sink for cleaning). KDA_6_501111A - --Fresh rodent droppings (numbers approximate): six on the floor in the office along the east wall and in the heater closet by the ice machine, 12 on the floor and 2 x 4 ledge. As per the owner, they do not have a hired pest control service. The owner sets out sticky traps. Pest control method observed was sticky traps. KDA_6_50112A - --Not cleaning up rodent droppings.
