KDA_3_50118A2 - --In the single door cooler at the west end of the kitchen, containers of cooked mashed potatoes, cooked cut potatoes, baked potatoes, and sliced ham had no date marking. COS: Employee said these items were cooked/sliced on Sunday (8/23) and labeled the containers. In the walk in cooler, 2 whole watermelons that were carved and had cut up watermelon inside had no date marking. COS: Employee said they were cut on Sunday (8/23) and labeled them. COS: Inspector educated about proper date marking for 7 days and employee labeled the container 8/23-8/29.
