KDA_4_20211A1 - --There was one black plastic serving spoon with it's food contact surface melted and imperfect found in the kitchen. COS: Removed from use. Tomatoes were served before they could be disposed of. Cook took a Rueben sandwich off of the grill with a spatula and then used her bare hands to hold it while it was being cut.
