The employee said the ground chuck was cooked and frozen on the same day and was removed from the freezer on 1/22. The date marking on the package included more than 7 days. In the deli reach in cooler, there was cooked on-site ground beef dated 1/22-2/1. The employee said she cooked and froze the ground beef on 1/22 and removed it from the freezer on 1/25. Located in the meat walk in cooler, there was mold build-up and dried food debris on one meat rack holding a container of beef trim with no lid on. cos-utensils and knives moved to the three compartment sink for cleaning.
