KDA_4_20211A2 - --There was one plastic dish on the clean dish storage shelving that was cracked. COS: Employee pulled and will use the container to hold non-food items.
KDA_4_60111A - --On the clean dish storage shelving, there were several dishes that had date marking sticker residue on the outside of the containers. COS: Manager pulled the containers from the shelf to re-wash.
KDA_4_60111C - --The vent hood has a build up of grease and dust hanging from the inside. The Traulsen freezer has food residue on the outside by the handle. The fan in the dish washing area has a build up of dust.
KDA_4_60211E4 - --The nozzles on the soda fountain had a build up of slim mold. Corrected on site (COS): Manager washed them during the inspection.
KDA_6_20215A3 - --The East door to the establishment does not seal properly and has a gap at the bottom.
KDA_6_50112A - --On the floor to the side of the traulsen freezer there is a build up of food debris. The vent above the fryer has a build up of dust.
KDA_7_20111B - --There were 2 spray bottles of chemical sanitizer setting directly on top of the soda fountain carbonator. COS: Manager moved the chemicals to the floor.
