KDA_3_30211A1b - --Located in the Delfield reach in cooler (RIC), there was a box of raw shell eggs stored over a shelf with containers of ready to eat milk and buttermilk. Corrected on site (COS)- moved eggs.
KDA_3_30212 - --Located in the cabinet under the sink at the front counter, there was an unlabeled container of brown liquid which the PIC identified as cinnamon water (to be used as air freshener). COS- labeled.
KDA_3_50118A2 - --Located in the Delfield RIC, there was an opened container of commercially prepared black forest ham with no date. The person in charge (PIC) said that it had been opened at 6:00 1/18. COS- dated.
KDA_4_60111A - --Located on the shelf of the three vat sink, there was one plastic food container and one plastic measuring cup stored as clean that were soiled with stickers. COS- moved to wash area.
KDA_4_60211E4 - --The inside rim of the ice machine in the kitchen is soiled with mold. The ice chute on the water/ice machine at the front counter is soiled with mold.
