COS-burrito were put in the reach in cooler. Trulsen bottom, liquid eggs 49F. Employee said they were just put in reach in, they had been out for about 15 minutes. COS-left in reach in to cool to 41F.
  • KDA_4_20211A2 - --Under the food prep make table, there were five containers and one measuring cup that were pitted. On a shelf above the food prep table, there were six containers that were pitted. COS-containers were discarded.
  • KDA_4_50111B - --In the basement walk in freezer, the bottom metal seal, is coming off which is making an ice build up inside the freezer.
  • KDA_4_60111A - --under the make table near the food prep sink, two containers that had dried on food debris. COS-placed at two compartment sink.

  • KDA_4_90311B - --On a shelf under the make table, there were two containers stored as clean that were wet. COS-placed at three compartment sink.
  • KDA_4_90411A - --Under the food prep make table, there was a container of serving utensils that had the food contact surface up. COS-placed at the three compartment sink for washing and handles up.
  • KDA_5_20511A - --At the hand washing sink, there was a bottle of all purpose cleaner in the basin. On the side of the sink, sitting on a paper towel was a black pad with an accumulation of grease on it. COS-items were removed from hand washing sink.

  • KDA_6_50111 - --In the walk In freezer, there is a slope and some metal rivets that are holding some of the metal down. Some one could catch their shoe on it and fall.
  • KDA_6_50112A - --There is grease and debris between the Frymaster fryers. In the walk in freezer, there is an accumulation of ice and food on the floor. In the cabinet under the coffee machine in the cashier area, there is debris. In the drive through ordering window, there is food and debris along the south wall. There is water on the basement floor. The person in charge said, they lost power on Friday night and had most of it cleaned up.
