On the utensil rack in the kitchen there were 7 metal lids and one round plastic lid with stickers/residue left on them and stored clean. COS-moved to the ware wash area. On the utensil rack in the ware wash area, there were 5 round plastic lids with stickers left on them and stored clean. There were also 3 round plastic bowls with dried food debris and stacked clean. COS-discarded 4 lids and moved one lid and the bowls to the ware wash area. On the clean dish side of the mechanical dish machine there were 2 metal food grade pans with dried food debris and oil residue left on them. COS-moved back to the ware wash are.
