In the walk-in-cooler there are three large white tubs storing coleslaw that are cracking along the edges of the tubs. The ice bucket is cracked and chipping along an inside rim of the container. Note - they do not have replacements for these containers today. The manager is having replacements ordered.
  • KDA_4_60111C - --There is food spill/crumbs on the base of the Delfield freezer where bags of frozen food items are stored.
  • KDA_6_20215A3 - --The south front door to the establishment has a gap approximately 1/4 to 1/2 inch in width at the bottom threshold where sunlight can be seen shining through while the door is closed.
  • KDA_6_50111 - --The floor in the storage/prep room that was converted from a walk-in-cooler is chipped and broken, leaving exposed wood and a non-smooth surface.
  • KDA_6_50112A - --There are crumbs caught in the pits and cracks of the floor in the storage/prep room that was converted from the walk-in-cooler.
  • KDA_7_20111A - --In the back storage room there are three boxes of gloves stored on a shelf directly next to bottles of Spic & Span cleaning chemicals. Corrected on Site (COS) - the manager moved the gloves to a new shelf.
