KDA_3_50116A2 - --Made on site salsa was sitting on trays on a counter at the wait station at 48 degrees. As per manager, it was set out less than an hour ago (returned to cooler). KDA_4_10111A - --Two non food grade plastic scoops (kitty litter scoops) are being used for tortilla chips. KDA_4_60111A - --On a rack stored as clean, stainless steel pans have the remains of stickers and adhesive on the outside of the pans (removed to 3-vat sink). At the wait station, a coffee pot and filter basket had stickers on the outside surfaces (removed to 3-vat sink). KDA_4_70211 - --Wares not being sanitized in the dishwasher, zero chlorine detected. Tried priming the sanitizer but it would not work, air bubbles were constantly forming in the line. Instructed the manager to sanitize the wares in the 3-vat sink (okay to wash and rinse in the dishwasher). KDA_5_10312 - --No hot or cold water at the newly installed mop floor sink. There is no water plumbed to the sink and no faucet. KDA_6_501111A - --12 fresh rodent droppings on the floor in dry storage behind the east chest freezer near the wall. As per manager, they do not have a hired pest control service. Pest control method observed was sticky traps. KDA_6_50112A - --Not cleaning up rodent droppings. KDA_7_20111A - --A spray bottle of fabuloso was sitting next to and touching a box of soda crackers at the wait station (moved). KDA_7_20711B - --A bottle of liquid Tylenol cold medicine was stored above the microwave and next to single use food liners (circular)(moved).
