Also has 3 compartment sink. --city --hot water at 133 --largest make table on east part of grill area at 40 smaller make table in center of grill & cooking area at 42 Walk in cooler in west back room hallway started up at ambient air of 85 and dropped to 52 in 15 minutes and to 43.5 in another 15 minutes.
