There is sticky residue and debris on the shelves of the cupboards in the beverage area. The cappuccino machine shell and drainboard have a sticky residue on it. There is food debris on the shelf below the hot box. KDA_5_20515B - --The cold water faucet does not work at the handwashing sink at the beverage station. KDA_6_30112 - --The handwashing sink in the public restroom and in the retail area does not have a supply of paper towels. COS, provided. KDA_6_50111 - --There is a missing ceiling tile near the back door. The tiles at the back door and by the WIC entrance are cracked and chipped. There is rust on the walls and ceiling of the WIC and in the corner by the milk is exposed insulation. KDA_6_50112A - --There is a bio-film buildup in the drain below the 3-vat sink. There is food debris on the wall below the 3-vat sink. There is dust on the retail items. There is a heavy buildup of black residue on the floor throughout the kitchen and the hall to the back door. There is a heavy black buildup on the floor wall junctures in the kitchen. KDA_7_20111A - --In the storage area bottles of brake fluid were stored on a shelf over a box of candy and packages of single use cups. COS, moved. KDA_7_20111B - --In the overstock storage area a quart of oil was stored on a shelf next to cups of condiments, also laundry detergent was stored on the shelf next to sausage sticks. COS, moved. In the storage area bottles of brake fluid were stored on a shelf next to bags of chicharons. COS, moved.
