These come in a box and appear to be for food service use, not retail sale as the ones in still the box in the freezer have no labeling (pulled).

Also, since the sink vats has square corners, any foods in the sink must be in a strainer or colander. An alternative would be to install a separate one vat sink, with rounded corners in the vats, hot and cold water, and indirect plumbing.
