  • KDA_3_30211A1b - --In the deli walk in cooler, raw fish stored above ready to eat imitation crab flakes (moved). In a retail case, raw chorizo stored above ready to eat smoked pork chops and raw chicken gizzards stored above ready to eat pizzas (moved).
  • KDA_3_30711 - --The outdoor smoker doors have no locks on them allowing access by anyone and the smoker is sitting on gravel, this can allow dust to enter the smoker.

In a retail reach in cooler, two smoked by the store ready to eat whole chickens were dated sell by 9/14/15, an employee and the store manager did not know when they were cooked (discarded).
