KDA_4_20211A2 - --Located in the meat department on the shelving for clean dishes, there were 5 plastic lids and 2 plastic containers with cracks and chips. COS. Items were discarded. The floor of the basement has an accumulation of dirt and trash debris, specifically under the shelving and steps.
